Abhishek Nigam is an Indian actor born on 13 September 1997 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, who works mainly in Hindi television. He is the elder brother of actor Siddharth Nigam, and the two grew up in the same household after losing their father young.
He made his feature debut playing Vishwasrao in Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat in 2019, then found his television footing as the young emperor in Akbar – Rakht Se Takht Ka Safar. His biggest role came as Veer “Hero” Nanda in SAB TV’s fantasy series Hero – Gayab Mode On, after which he took over the title part in the second season of Ali Baba.
Boyish and easy on camera, he has settled into the fantasy-adventure lane that suits young television leads. In 2022 he was named one of the Culture Ministry’s youth ambassadors.
