Adarsh Gourav

Adarsh Gourav is an Indian actor born on 8 July 1994, part of a younger generation making a mark in both Indian and international productions. He began as a child actor with a small role in My Name Is Khan (2010) and spent years in supporting parts and web comedies like Hostel Daze before his breakout.

That came with The White Tiger (2021), where his lead performance as the driver Balram Halwai earned him a BAFTA nomination for Best Actor and wide international recognition. He has since built a run of well-reviewed work, including the series Guns & Gulaabs, the film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, and a lead role in Reema Kagti’s acclaimed Superboys of Malegaon (2025).

He is regarded as one of the more discerning young actors of his cohort, favouring unconventional projects over conventional stardom.
