Aly Goni is an Indian actor and model born on 25 February 1991 in Bhaderwah, Jammu and Kashmir, who came to television through reality TV and stayed for the drama. He first appeared on MTV’s Splitsvilla before landing his breakout serial role.
That role was Romi Bhalla in StarPlus’s long-running Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, which he played from 2013 to 2019 and which made him a household name. He is also a reality-show fixture, competing in Khatron Ke Khiladi, Nach Baliye and, in 2020, finishing fourth in Bigg Boss 14.
Easygoing and popular with fans, he has become as much a reality-TV personality as an actor. He has been in a long-term relationship with actress Jasmin Bhasin since 2021.
