Aman Indra Kumar

Aman Indra Kumar is the son of veteran filmmaker Indra Kumar, known for directing blockbusters like Dil, Beta, Ishq and the Dhamaal franchise. He makes his Bollywood debut as the lead in Tera Yaar Hoon Main, directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, opposite actress Akanksha Sharma, with the film set to release on May 22, 2026.

The mahurat ceremony of his debut film was marked by the presence of Bollywood stars Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgn, who introduced him to media and shared memories of working with his father on Ishq. He also has family connections to the entertainment industry, with his aunt being actress Shweta Kumar.

Aman expressed his gratitude at the mahurat event, stating he hopes to make his father and family proud through his acting career. The film centers on themes of friendship, love and heartbreak, and also stars veteran actor Paresh Rawal in a key role.
