Ankit Mohan is an Indian actor born on 20 January 1988 in Delhi, who works across Hindi television and Marathi films. A Delhi University graduate, he built his early career on serials like Sasural Genda Phool before landing a mythological role that raised his profile.
That role was Ashwathama in Star Plus’s grand 2013 Mahabharat, the warrior cursed to walk the earth forever, which showcased his imposing screen presence. He went on to parts in Kumkum Bhagya and the supernatural hit Naagin 3, and has taken lead roles in Marathi cinema.
Well suited to warriors and strong silent types, he has moved steadily between mythology, daily soaps and regional film. He married actress Ruchi Savarn in 2015, and the couple has a son.
