Arjit Taneja is an Indian television actor born on 10 November 1992 in Delhi, to a Punjabi family, who studied computer programming before moving to Mumbai in 2012 to act. His first break came in an Ekta Kapoor youth show that same year.
He is best known as Purab in the long-running Kumkum Bhagya, Vivaan in Kaleerein, and the Nawab Azaan in the love-triangle drama Bahu Begum. He later played the lead in Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye and finished first runner-up on Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
Charming in romantic roles and game for stunt-based reality TV, he has kept a busy and varied television career. He made brief film appearances in 2023 in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and Mr. & Mrs. Mahi.
