Drashti Dhami is an Indian television actress, model and dancer born on 10 January 1985 in Mumbai, one of the most popular Hindi TV leads of her generation. She made her acting debut in the medical drama Dill Mill Gayye.
She became a star as the title character in Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi, then led Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon and the period romance Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani. An accomplished dancer, she also won Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6, and has moved into web series in recent years.
Graceful and a genuine crowd favourite, she has kept a steady run of leading roles across daily soaps and dance floors alike. She married businessman Neeraj Khemka in 2015, and the couple has a daughter.
