Gulshan Devaiah

Gulshan Devaiah is an Indian actor born on 28 May 1978 in Bengaluru, a fashion-design graduate who found his way into acting and became one of Hindi cinema’s most distinctive character leads. He debuted in the ensemble thriller Shaitan (2011) and quickly built a reputation for offbeat, fearless choices.

He carried the comedy Hunterrr (2015) and the thriller Hate Story, but has found some of his most appreciated work in the streaming era, notably the crime drama Dahaad and the retro thriller series Guns & Gulaabs. Audiences and critics alike prize his willingness to play flawed, unglamorous men.

Sharp and self-aware off screen, he has become something of a cult favourite among discerning viewers.
