Harshvardhan Rane is an Indian actor born on 16 December 1983, who came up through Telugu cinema before making his name in Hindi films. He debuted with the Telugu film Thakita Thakita (2010) and appeared in several South productions early on.
His Hindi breakthrough came with the romantic drama Sanam Teri Kasam (2016), a film that found enormous, lasting affection with audiences and became a defining role for him. He has since taken on darker, edgier parts in the thriller Taish and the hit Haseen Dillruba, along with the 2024 release Savi.
Known for an intense, brooding screen presence, he has cultivated a devoted fan following built largely on that one enduring romance.
