Kanika Mann

Kanika Mann took the route almost nobody outside the industry sees, which is television, where the audience is enormous and the film press mostly is not looking. Born Kanika Kaur Mann in Panipat in 1993 and a Panjab University graduate, she started with a guest turn as Titli in Badho Bahu in 2018.

Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega is what made her. Playing both Guddan Jindal and Guddan Birla in Zee TV’s comedy drama put her in millions of homes every evening for years, which is a kind of fame film actors do not always understand and often quietly envy.

She moved into streaming with MX Player’s Roohaniyat, and then did the thing that reliably converts a television following into a mainstream one: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, where she finished as a finalist.
