Neil Nitin Mukesh is an Indian actor born on 15 January 1982 in Mumbai, the son of playback singer Nitin Mukesh and grandson of the legendary singer Mukesh. He made a confident debut in the title role of Sriram Raghavan’s stylish noir Johnny Gaddaar (2007).
He followed it with the acclaimed New York (2009) and has often been cast against type as a suave antagonist, including in the Telugu blockbuster Saaho and Golmaal Again. He also appeared in the big-canvas hit Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
He married Rukmini Sahay in 2017, and the couple has a daughter.
