Nikita Rawal is an Indian actress and trained Kathak dancer born in Kandivali, Mumbai in 1989. Her parents are of Gujarati descent, with her father being a cardiac surgeon. She represented India at the national level as a dancer before transitioning to Bollywood in 2010.
Rawal gained recognition through her stage performances in music videos starting in 2008. She has appeared in several notable Hindi films including Black & White opposite Anil Kapoor, Garam Masala with Akshay Kumar and John Abraham, and The Hero – Abhimanyu.
