Pooja Gor built her career as a television fixture in Hindi dramas, first gaining attention in 2009 with Kitni Mohabbat Hai before landing her breakout role as Pratigya in Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, the series that became her calling card. The show ran from 2009 to 2012, establishing her as a reliable presence in the daily soap ecosystem.

Beyond the drama circuit, she hosted the crime documentary series Savdhaan India from 2013 to 2015, stepping into the well-worn shoes of countless anchors before her. She also tested her risk tolerance as a contestant on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 5 in 2014, proving that TV actors could occasionally survive manufactured danger.

Her film debut came in 2018 with Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, a role that showcased her ability to translate small-screen credibility to cinema.
