Rajesh Sharma

Rajesh Sharma is an Indian actor from Ludhiana, Punjab, who works across Hindi and Bengali cinema and has become one of the industry’s most familiar character faces. He made his Bollywood debut in Gulzar’s Maachis (1996) and built a long, steady career from there.

He is best known for sharp supporting turns in films like No One Killed Jessica, the con-artist caper Special 26 and the Tanu Weds Manu films, as well as the ensemble hit Ludo. He is equally comfortable in comic and menacing registers.

A prolific journeyman actor, he lends texture and credibility to whatever ensemble he joins.
