Sudhanshu Pandey

Sudhanshu Pandey launched his career as part of India’s first boy band, A Band of Boys, before transitioning to acting in 2000 with Khiladi 420. Over two decades, he accumulated 45+ film credits across Hindi and Tamil cinema, appearing opposite Jackie Chan in The Myth while remaining largely a working actor in the industry.

His breakthrough arrived at fifty with Star Plus’s Anupamaa in 2020, where his portrayal of the morally compromised Vanraj Shah found the role that finally made him a household name. The show became India’s most-watched television series, and Pandey’s performance as the unfaithful husband anchoring the narrative earned widespread critical and audience appreciation.

Beyond acting, Pandey has worked as a singer, producer, and writer. His 2002 album Yeh Bhi Woh Bhi marked his music venture. He remained with Anupamaa until August 2024, having spent four years in the role that defined his career trajectory.
