Vidhatri Bandi is an Indian film actress, producer, assistant director and writer who has worked predominantly in Bollywood. Born in Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh and raised in Mumbai, she initially worked as an assistant director on feature projects before pursuing professional training at UCLA’s Theater, Film and Television school in 2016.
She gained recognition for roles in films including D-Day (2013), Shiddat (2021), and particularly Jalsa (2022), where she played Rohini George alongside Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah. The latter performance helped establish her as a rising talent in Indian cinema. She has since appeared in projects like The Diplomat and Max Min & Meowzaki.
Bandi won the Best Actress Award (Jury) at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival 2021. Beyond acting, she has worked across multiple roles in production including as an action director on D-Day and in various capacities on other major Bollywood productions.
