Vishal Jethwa

Vishal Jethwa is an Indian actor born on 6 July 1994, who announced himself with a genuinely chilling film debut. After years of television work as a child and young artist, he played the terrifying young serial rapist Sunny in Rani Mukerji’s Mardaani 2 (2019), a performance that stunned audiences and critics.

He has since moved into big-ticket films, appearing as an antagonist in the blockbuster Tiger 3 and in the pan-Indian hit Salaar. His willingness to inhabit dark, difficult roles set him apart early.

Intense beyond his years, he is one of the more striking young talents to watch.
