Some breakout roles are so complete they follow an actor for years, and Siddhant Chaturvedi’s MC Sher in Gully Boy is one of them. The cameras caught him out in the city, and the goodwill from that debut has not faded.
He came up through Inside Edge on streaming before Gully Boy in 2019 made him a name overnight, holding his own against a cast that included Ranveer Singh. Gehraiyaan and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan followed, both leaning on the same easy screen presence that got him noticed in the first place.
The city outing was low-key, the kind of unhurried appearance that still turns lenses when the face is this recognisable.
